При появі перших неприємних симптомів потрібно звернутись до лікаря, адже біль та набряки не з’являються просто так. Потрібно знайти причину їх появи та усунути її.
Радимо вам спробувати старі та перевірені народні методи, які допоможуть вам якщо вас турбують набряки або біль в колінах. Все дуже просто, але при цьому ефективно.
1. Сода, гірчиця та мед
В однакових пропорціях змішайте соду, гірчицю та мед. Отриману суміш нанесіть на хворі ділянки та довго тримайте. Змийте теплою водою.
2. Гірчиця
Суху гірчицю ввечері перед сном нанесіть на ділянку, яка вас турбує, а зверху накладіть теплу пов’язку. Якщо є така можливість, залиште компрес на цілу ніч.
3. Горілка та картопля
До невеликої кількості горілки додайте натерту картоплю. Викладіть суміш на хвору ділянку. Зверху загорніть в теплу пов’язку.
4. Сирний компрес
Вам потрібен домашній сир. Викладіть його на марлю, покладіть зверху теплу пов’язку та зафіксуйте все це бинтом.
5. Капуста
Розчавіть лист капусти качалкою, щоб вийшов сік. Покладіть лист до коліна, а зверху утепліть пов’язкою. Зробіть такий компрес ввечері та залиште на ніч.
