• Вода – 300 мл.;
• Рожевий або чорний виноград – 15 ягід;
• Заморожені ягоди полуниці, малини, журавлини або чорниці – пів склянки;
• Вівсяні пластівці – 3 ст. л.;
• Волоські горіхи – 5 шт (або 10-15 горіхів мигдалю);
• Натуральний мед – 1 ст. л.;
Спосіб приготування:
1. Ретельно вимийте виноград та помістіть його у чашу блендера.
2. Додайте до нього всі інгредієнти.
3. Ретельно перемішайте до отримання однорідної консистенції.
4. За бажанням можна додати стевію або фініки. Звичайний цукор додавати не можна.
5. Вживайте цей засіб 1-2 рази на добу, перший раз повинен бути вранці натщесерце. Вживайте напій протягом 2 тижнів кожного дня.
