Рецепти щасливого життя дуже прості, але щоб зрозуміти їх потрібно багато часу. Перечитуйте ці перлини мудрості від наших предків та пам’ятайте, що наше життя прекрасне!
1. Найкращий спосіб попрощатися зі стресом – гуляти кожного дня на свіжому повітрі та при цьому посміхатися. Вже через декілька днів відчуєте неймовірне полегшення.
2. Робіть кожного дня щось таке, що може викликати посмішку мінімум у 5-ти людей.
3. Вживайте їжу, яку нам дарують рослини та дерева, а не заводи та підприємства.
4. Починайте ранок з посмішки та подяки за все, що маєте.
5. Проводьте мінімум 15 хвилин у тиші кожного дня. Поговоріть з собою, з Богом про те, що зараз відбувається у вашому житті. Подумайте над чим потрібно працювати, а за що потрібно дякувати.
6. Сприймати себе занадто серйозно – вірний та прямий шлях до тривожності.
7. Аби ваше минуле не почало руйнувати теперішнє, просто змиріться з ним та відпустіть його.
8. Снідайте як король, обідайте як звичайна людина, вечеряйте як бідняк.
9. Не витрачайте життя на ненависть, заздрість, образи. Воно занадто коротке для цього. Спрямуйте свою енергію у позитивне русло та у своє теперішнє.
10. Навчіться вчасно відступати. Ви не такі бездоганні, аби завжди перемагати.
