Купила квартиру, а у подарунок отримала лежачого інваліда
Увійшовши у свою нову квартиру дівчина не могла повірити своїм очам. Ось це так сюрприз залишила їй колишня власниця!
Ніна все своє життя мріяла переїхати у велике місто. Там більші можливості, перспективи. Оскільки квартири в центрі міста завжди коштують дуже дорого, Ніка вирішила звернутись за допомогою до ріелторів, аби вони допомогли їй знайти житло на околиці за приємною ціною та в нормальному стані.
Розглядала різні варіанти, але їй сподобалися дві двокімнатні квартири за нормальною ціною. Самі ж квартири були не в дуже хорошому стані, але Ніну не лякав ремонт. Поїхала з рієлтором на одну з цих квартир та вирішила обрати саме цю.
Господиня квартири так квапилася, немов намагалася позбутися житла. Підписали усі документи, Ніна дала готівку власниці, а та одразу вибігла з квартири.
В цей же день Ніна заселилася в нове житло. Зайшла на кухню та поставила чайник. Раптово пролунали дивні звуки. Через деякий час вона знову почула незрозумілий стогін. Дівчина вирішила зайти в далеку кімнату, й одразу заверещала. Там на ліжку лежав дуже худий чоловік, у якого майже було видно скелет.
“Вода,” – промовив чоловік. Він жадно обхопив склянку та почав робити великі ковтки. “А де Катя?”
Жінка одразу второпала, кого має на увазі чоловік. Катею була попередня власниця квартири. Чоловік почав пояснювати, що Катя — це його дружина. Він впав з даху на будівництві і тепер потребував постійного догляду. Він не був прописаний в квартирі, оскільки Катя перед продажем за гроші виписала його, заочно розлучилася і відправилася невідомому напрямку. Ніна не розуміла, що їй робити з цією ситуацією.
Дівчина найняла доглядальницю, яка була з Петром протягом дня. За гроші на ремонт, вона купила всі необхідні ліки та впросила знайомого хірурга подивитися Петра. Той поставив вердикт – ходити буде, але при належному догляді та лікуванні.
З кожним днем чоловікові ставало все краще. А через пів року Петро своїми ногами (правда ще з тростиною) вийшов у двір зустрічати Ніну з роботи. З цього моменту вони досі разом… Джерело
