Я люблю запах щасливих людей – вони пахнуть надією!
Деякі люди мають здатність підіймати настрій оточуючих, ділячись з ними частинкою своєї гармонії, надії та позитивності. Вони показують нам, що ми можемо абсолютно все, і для цього достатньо просто посміхнутися і підморгнути своєму життю.
Хороші люди пахнуть близькістю, обіймами та любов’ю. Відчуваючи їх тепло, з ними ми прагнемо бути якомога більш відкритими. А ще поруч з ними дуже комфортно, як ніби ми опинилися вдома. Вони щодня мотивують нас, націлюючи на благополуччя і благі наміри.

Не дивно, що нам подобається оточувати себе саме такими людьми. Ми постійно знаходимо причини, щоб опинитися в їх обіймах, зловити на собі їх щирий погляд або знову побачити їх посмішку.

Настрій людини змінюється самим неймовірним чином. Так, наш емоційний стан за лічені секунди може перевернутися з ніг на голову, і не має значення, свідомо це чи ні. Деякі люди можуть впливати на наш настрій одним лише побажанням «доброго ранку», супроводжуваного посмішкою.
Науково доведено, що коли ми щиро взаємодіємо з людиною, то стаємо настільки вразливими до його емоційному стану, що навіть наші рухи мимоволі повторюють рухи співрозмовника.
Тобто коли людина посміхається у відповідний для цього момент, ми робимо те ж саме. І справа не просто в імітації його жестів, ми «підхоплюємо» настрій цієї людини і його емоції.
Психолог Джон Качіоппо стверджує, що всередині нас підсвідомо пробуджуються емоції, що призводять до так званої емоційної синхронізації.
Таким чином, симпатію в нас викликають люди, що володіють високим рівнем емоційної стійкості та рішучості. Саме вони покращують наше самопочуття і позитивно впливають на настрій.
Ми так сильно любимо щасливих людей з хорошими намірами тому, що вони заряджають нас хорошим настроєм, мотивацією, щастям і почуттям, що ми здатні дати відсіч будь-яким несприятливим життєвим обставинам.
