Якщо згадати історію, то більша частина Європи буквально тонула у сміттєвих горах. Що там сміття, люди не дотримувались елементарних правил гігієни.
Все змінилось тоді, коли до влади прийшов жорстокий граф Вюртемберг. Його дістало сміття та сморід, тому він видав указ, суть якого полягала у тому, що якщо людина бачить, що його сусід декілька днів поспіль не прибирає, то може донести на нього та отримати частину його землі.
З того часу, німці привикли масово та показово прибирати свої території. Вони полюбили чистоту не тільки у себе вдома, але і на всіх вулицях міста.
