Саме така стійкість і дозволяє людям з I групою крові жити довше. Згідно з дослідженнями, I група містить менше молекул, які викликають згортання крові. А це корисно для серця і мозку. Серцево-судинні захворювання нерідко призводять і до психічних захворювань, тому, будучи стійким до перших, ви зможете вберегти себе і від других.
