Група крові грає важливу роль в житті кожної людини, адже саме вона визначає, наскільки стійким ви будете до тих чи інших захворювань. В одній із груп крові люди живуть куди довше, ніж інші. Довгострокові дослідження довели, що саме I (0) група вважається найсильнішою. Її представники рідше страждають від серцево-судинних захворювань, від хвороб пам’яті і навіть від деяких видів раку (шлунка і підшлункової залози)! Саме така стійкість і дозволяє людям з I групою крові жити довше. Згідно з дослідженнями, I група містить менше молекул, які викликають згортання крові. А це корисно для серця і мозку. Серцево-судинні захворювання нерідко призводять і до психічних захворювань, тому, будучи стійким до перших, ви зможете вберегти себе і від других. Якщо у вас I група крові, то ви вже справжній щасливчик!
