Мій син і його дружина завжди мріяли про дітей. Після десяти років безуспішних спроб стати батьками, вони вирішили вдатися до усиновлення. В їхньому домі з’явився дворічний хлопчик на ім’я Івась, сповнений енергії та цікавості. Я з радістю допомагала їм, проводячи час із онуком і підтримуючи молодих батьків.
Проте з часом я помітила, що невістка стала виявляти роздратування і втому. Вона часто підвищувала голос на Івася, карала його, ставила в куток. Коли я намагалася заступитися за хлопчика, вона відмахувалася, стверджуючи, що все під контролем. Син теж почав сумніватися, кажучи: «Якби це була наша рідна дитина, все було б інакше».
Нещодавно вони повідомили мене про намір відмовитися від усиновлення та повернути Івася до дитячого будинку. Для мене це стало ударом. Я намагалася переконати їх переглянути рішення, пропонувала взяти хлопчика до себе, але вони були непохитні, посилаючись на моє здоров’я та їхню власну втому. Відповідно до Сімейного кодексу України, усиновлення може бути скасоване судом у випадках, якщо усиновителі ухиляються від виконання батьківських обов’язків, зловживають правами або жорстоко поводяться з дитиною. При скасуванні усиновлення взаємні права і обов’язки між дитиною і усиновителями припиняються.
Я розумію, що процес скасування усиновлення складний і травматичний для дитини. Івась вже звик до нової сім’ї, і повернення до дитячого будинку може завдати йому серйозної психологічної травми. Згідно з дослідженнями, такі повернення часто відбуваються через невідповідність очікувань батьків з реальністю.
Я не знаю, як переконати сина і невістку залишити Івася в сім’ї. Можливо, варто звернутися до сімейного психолога або в органи опіки для отримання консультації та підтримки. Важливо пам’ятати, що кожна дитина заслуговує на любов і стабільність, особливо після того, як вже пережила втрату сім’ї.
