При цьому на час, коли родина розпалася, вона досягла пенсійного віку і знову запропонувати свої послуги на ринку праці уже просто фізично не могла.
За законами Аргентини, право на відшкодування має той у парі, чий фінасовий стан сильно погіршується після розлучення. Суддя Марія Фама у рішенні написала, що “економічна залежність дружин…є центральним механізмом підкорення жінки в сучасному суспільстві”.
