I proposed a deal to Mary and Natalie: return my apartments to me, and in exchange, I’ll return their daughters

My name is Andrew. After my mum passed away, my dad remarried a lady who had two daughters of her own.

Years rolled by, and we all grew up. Then my father was in a terrible accident and lost his life.

My stepmother turned out to be a truly respectable woman. She handed the flat over to me.

That flat belonged to your mother. Its only right you have it now!

All she asked was that I let her daughters continue living in my flat until they finished university. My stepmother returned to her village in the countryside. I agreed.

Masha and Natashanow called Emily and Sophiecouldnt have been more different, but they shared one big ambition: to marry a bloke with a flat.

Suddenly, life became rather splendid for me. Emily made breakfast every morning, and Sophie always had my shirts perfectly ironed. The sisters tried hard to win me over.

Then, within a couple of months, Emily and Sophie both had daughters by me. When my stepmother found out, she caused an almighty fuss. But neither Emily nor Sophie would consider an abortion; both decided to raise their children.

I did some quick maths and realised paying a third of my wages in maintenance for eighteen years was going to be quite the burden. So, I decided to buy a flat with a mortgage.

I swapped my original flat for two studio flats. The leftover money went straight towards a deposit on my own new place.

I gifted each studio flat to Emily and Sophie if they would sign a waiver forfeiting their claim to child support. I lived peacefully for a good few years.

Then, four years later, I received a legal notice at work stating that I had amassed a huge arrears of maintenance payments.

I confronted my sisters to ask what was going on, and they laughed in my face. According to them, Id simply given them the flats. They had deliberately muddled the contract.

Now I was without my parents flat, struggling under a mortgage and maintenance payments. It was extremely tough.

My stepmother was over the moon:

Thats what you get! You had it coming!

Emily and Sophie banned me from seeing my daughters. I borrowed money to pay off the child support debt and took the matter to court to secure my right to see my girlsand won.

At work, I broached the subject with my bosses and requested most of my pay be given directly in cash so my official maintenance amount would be minimal.

On Fridays, I collect my daughters and return them to their mums on Sundays. I buy them whatever they want and take them out for adventures. Emily and Sophie constantly grumble, insisting I shouldnt spoil the girls.

I even pay a couple of lads to keep my sisters distracted and remind them that children from previous relationships can hinder new romantic prospects.

One day, in front of a child welfare officer, I collected my daughters from my stepmothers house, stating their mums had neglected them entirely. I applied for child support myself, and now the girls live with me. I am a doting father. When the girls see their mothers, they run straight to me and cling on, frightened their mums will take them away. I make sure to read them fairytales about wicked mums.

By the time Emily and Sophie realised what was going on, I was already marriedand very happily.

So, I proposed a deal: if Emily and Sophie hand back the flats, Ill return their daughters. They agreed readily.

Now my life is brilliant. I rent out two flats and the mortgage on my own place is completely paid off.

I refused to be taken advantage of, and got my own back on my opportunistic sisters in the smartest way possible.
