We decided to sell my grandfather’s flat, but we never imagined his spirit would react like this!

It would have sounded unbelievable if it hadnt happened right before our eyes. Six months ago, my beloved grandfather passed away, leaving behind his charming flat nestled in the heart of London. A month after his funeral, my family decided it was time to sort through his possessions and prepare the place for sale. Throughout the day, we packed his belongings into large bin bags, memories slipping through our fingers.

By evening, the house was quietexcept for my brother, who chose to spend the night in the flat. At around six in the morning, I was jolted awake by his call, his voice quivering with fear. Without a second thought, I raced to London, heart thrumming. As soon as I walked in, I saw my brothers faceashen, his eyes wide with terror. We heard footsteps echoing across the living room. Yet, when we looked around, there was no one there. The air was thick, oppressive, every hair on my skin standing on end. Panic seized us, and we fled without grabbing anything.

It took us nearly half an hour, pacing nervously outside, before we could summon up the courage to go back. But when we did, what we saw stopped us cold: every one of our grandfathers possessions was neatly put back in its usual place, as though carefully arranged by unseen hands. The sight gave us relief, but it chilled us to the core. After that night, we refused to return. All arrangements for the sale were handled by the estate agent instead. Fortunately, the new tenants had no trouble at all after moving in. Still, whenever I remember that eerie night, I cant help but feel a shiver run down my spine.
