Стрілки часнику містять величезну кількість вітамінів, оздоровлюють і є чудовою приправою
Кожен городник знає, що в літній період зверху на часнику формуються стрілки, які прийнято обривати, щоб зростання пішло у головки, а не в зелень. Однак це не означає, що саме час викидати їх у компост.
Вони можуть бути відмінними спеціями, що сприяють спалюванню жирів, підтримують імунітет. У чому ж їх перевага? Передовсім це низькокалорійний продукт, який дуже поживний. А також в ньому міститься багато корисного вітаміну С, набагато більше, ніж в пір’ї зеленої цибулі.
Оздоровчий ефект походить від наявності заліза(якого в часнику набагато більше, ніж в яблуці), сірки, кальцію. Також в цих стрілках присутній природний антибіотик, який дозволяє захистити організм і посилити імунітет. Ми вирішили надати один з рецептів, який Ви можете використовувати.
Вам знадобляться:
- Стрілки часнику – 500 гр.
- Сіль – 3 чайних ложки.
- Перець (гострий) – 2 шт.
- Перець мелений чорний – 0,5 чайної ложки.
- Коріандр мелений – 0,5 чайної ложки.
В першу чергу потрібно звернути увагу на самі стрілки, підготувати їх до приготування. Для цього їх треба добре вимити, відрізати жорстку частину.
Тепер засипте в блендер всі часникові стрілки разом зі спеціями, які вказані у нас в основному складі. Подрібніть все це до однорідної каші.
Отриману суміш Ви можете використовувати де завгодно, а для зберігання можна використовувати пакетик або ж силіконову формочку, які можна буде покласти в холодильник чи в морозилку.
У будь-який момент ви можете дістати цю пасту, розморозити і насолоджуватися. Не бійтеся таких експериментів!
