Blind dog undergoes surgery and finally meets his beloved family with his own eyes for the very first time
The instant Duffy saw his family again, he dashed toward them with sheer delight! His tail wagged furiously, and he smothered everyone with affectionit was impossible not to see how grateful he was to finally be back with those who had always stood by him. What a touching reunion!
Through all the hardships, Duffy never lost his cheerful spirit or stopped wagging his tail. Benjamin Smith shared Duffys journey on Instagram through the account @englishterrierduffy, which has gained more than 45,000 followers. The photos capture Duffys remarkably upbeat attitude, despite all the challenges hes facedfrom eating alone to repeat visits to the vet.
The vet put him on a special diet, and his health has improved dramatically! He does have moments when he forgets who I am, but most of the time he recognises me and showers me with affection. It really proves how essential it is to take your pets to the vet regularlyeven when they appear perfectly healthy.
Now Duffys thriving, a lively and energetic dog who loves nothing more than playing and discovering new places. Benjamin couldnt be prouder of his loyal companion.
